Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. LHS Ocala builds feature walls and accent walls including board and batten, wood slat walls, trim walls, shiplap walls, decorative wall paneling, and custom statement walls.
Do you build fireplace mantels?
Yes. LHS Ocala builds custom fireplace mantels and fireplace surrounds designed to create a finished focal point in the room.
Do you offer furniture restoration?
Yes. LHS Ocala restores many types of wood furniture. Restoration may include repair, refinishing, surface preparation, strengthening, finish improvement, and preservation of meaningful furniture pieces.
Do you offer commercial millwork?

Estimates, Deposits & Terms
How much will my project cost?
Pricing depends on the size of the project, materials, finish level, design complexity, measurements, site conditions, and scope. Because most LHS Ocala projects are custom, pricing is based on the specific project details.
How long are estimates valid?
Estimates are generally valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Material prices, scope changes, scheduling availability, and project changes may affect pricing after that period.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. No work is scheduled or started until the estimate is approved and the required deposit is received. Deposits are typically non-refundable because they secure scheduling, materials, planning, and preparation for the project.
Can the final price change?
The final price can change if the customer changes the scope, materials, design, finish level, measurements, or if hidden conditions are discovered that were not visible during the original estimate.
